She also teaches group nutrition classes covering cardiac rehab, pulmonary rehab and diabetes.
Kate is a compassionate and dedicated nutrition expert. Her primary focus is on intuitive eating principles. When working with weight-management patients, she helps them create a better relationship with food. Kate empowers her clients to break free from diet culture and social ideas surrounding food and eating practices.
